The quality of the American Empress and the magnificent Columbia and Snake Rivers. The service by every member of the crew was exceptional. The Show Lounge entertainment with Greg and Lindy was fabulous.

The excellent dining experience. The dining room always had available a la carte items if you preferred. Breakfast & lunch was always available and a cook to cook items for you just the way you wanted it, plus ice cream and cookies always available.
